The 7-Day Nervous System Reset is a thoughtfully designed blend of asana, pranayama, and mindful awareness, guided through the lens of the seven chakras. Each day focuses on one energy center and a specific breathing technique that supports it — grounding, centering, energizing, or calming the body as needed.

Rooted in both yogic philosophy and modern neuroscience, the program uses breath as the anchor — helping you move out of stress states and into a sense of regulation and presence. Every session is structured to gently stimulate or soothe your vagus nerve, improving your body’s capacity to return to balance.
